What is Flow Coaching?
Flow coaching recognizes that permanent change and healing comes from time spent in Alpha and Theta brain wave states. I have long used flow and theta as a medicinal tool. When we face an issue, moving into a flow state to get a better look at the problem and resolve it, is one of the few ways to actively/consciously tap into the quantum computing capabilities we have while in a flow state and reorganize our relationship with the problem, perhaps even eliminating it altogether.
